i love tomodachi life

i played the new tomodachi life demo and i cannot stop thinking about it

YOU MUST KNOW MY ABSOLUTE APPRECIATION FOR THIS GAME

For the longest time ever, like since before the media portfolio project was due, my gf has been absolutely begging me to play the demo for the new tomodachi life game that..NEW FLASH! CAME OUT TODAY!! More on that later :D

However, it actually took me quite a while to get on and play the game since before the media project was due I was so incredibly busy and lil tight on time to get everything done well. GAH! I really wanted to hop on the game but everything just seemed to be too fast, way too fast to focus on anything else for more than an hour.

 

I actually diddd try to at least download the demo one night but to my demise, Nintendo decided to sign out of my account for some reason. After trying to put in my password which I THOUGHT WAS RIGHT for a good long while, I was like "okaayyyy somethingsss up!" however at that point it was already like almost 11PM at night and both my parents were fast asleep so I behaved like a respectful gentlewoman and went to sleep myself :D! I didn't get around to ask though after that night because the business with the media project got worse and worse and WORSEE!!! But right after, right after the fateful day of April 12th, I got straight back to my lovely switch and tried to sign in again! Ittt didn't work though after a couple tries, and when I went to the Nintendo website to try to reset it, they for some reason wanted me to sign in first with my password. WHAT? BRO WE ALREADY MADE IT CLEAR THAT WE DON'T KNOW MY PASSWORD! WHY ARE WE ASKING FOR IT INSTEAD OF RESETTING IT??? HELLO?????

Yup! Ladies and gents! I went on his account, signed in through there, went to the Eshop, and downloaded the demo! WAHOO!! He hasn't said anything to me about so I think we're chilling and either way, I'm fine cause as long as it's not Genshin or Fortnite that I'm downloading, he should be cool with it :D Also I don't think it will show up on his switch so we are all good :D It's not like PS5 where once you download something it shows up EVERYWHERREEEEEEEE yeah okay I'm not gonna worry abt it

I GOT IT!!! I GOT THE DEMO!! YEAHHHH!!! It was finally time for me to sit down, relax, and enjoy my time on the demo! yayayyayaYAYYAYAYA I played a little teeny tiny bit like 2 days ago during the evening and then it was my bedtime and I went to sleep. At school I told my gf that I played a bit and even made a nice little character of her :D! She was my very first mii on my island and she took that as a very awesome great amazing honor.

I then continued to play once I got home from school yesterday! I didn't really have that much to do with school and stuff so I literally just chudmaxxed on my couch for a good couple hours and played tomodachi life :D! (the demo) (i wish i had the real deal rn but I WILLLL get it sooner or later) I HAD SO MUCH FUN BRO I genuinely felt so much comfort and whimsy just making silly little guys based off the important people in my life and playing around with them :] Within the first like 30 minutes of playing, I made my gfs character (again, cause the last one didn't save BAHAHA) and me!! I made me a mii!! Of Emi! YAYAYYAY!! After making them become friends, I then made my bestie westie Isa! Under the span of an hour I already had 3 miis on my island just chillin and talking to one another :D I really really wanted to make my mii and my gfs mii to fall in love but unfortunately I couldn't do much besides making them friends cause I only had the demo and needed to get the real deal to yk! Unlock the real deal! Once I get the real deal, I'll get them married and they'll be super duper cute and stuff :D

Another thing I would love to mention is my ability with mii creation and customization. See, I haven't made a mii since the ye olden days of the early 2000s-early 2010's, so when it was time to make some new miis for my new demo from scratch I used the squills I developed back then...that uhhh may be a little bit outdated now BAHHAHAH I remember back then mii customization on the wii (woah tongue twister) was so very simple. All you needed was a face shape, hair, mouth, skin, maybe some extra face features, and that's all you were ready to go!
Options were quite limited, much more than they are now, and man HOW THEY HAVE CHANGED! I WAS SO SURPRISED! I didn't notice how advanced customization got until I saw my gf's miis earlier this morning when we were playing together. THEY LOOKED AWESOME. I could clearly tell she used some advanced features that I didn't even know existed, and this makes perfect sense because she's a tomodachi/miitopia veteran so she knows the insides and outs of these little guys. SO COOL. I hope to one day be as goated as she is in this game :D

I have never ever once played a single tomodachi life game in my entire life, not even miitopia so im really excited to start my very first one :]! I can’t wait to start my lovely island and have soso many little guys based off my good friends, family and amazing gf and just have a blast :D Speaking of which! I must plan oht exactly who I want on my island!! Im gonna do that now so I can have a nice list to check off of later!

Im currently in wind ensemble and we’re playing a song that the tenor’s don’t have so now I’m sitting right next to Isa to watch her play her very hard part :D i was invited! Im having a blast!

Anyway I think that’ll be it for today :] I’ll go right back and finish my last post when I have the chance so stay tuned for that! I’ll also give you guys updates on my progress with tomodachi life so also stay tuned for that, you and I are gonna have tons of fun!
