A DAY IN THE SCATTERBRAIN EP 1: PROBABLY THE MOST LAID BACK A DAY EVER
GOOD DAY ALL! :D Welcome back to the life chronicles! It is currently 9 pm and I'm playing Royal High with my best friend for gits and shiggles BHHAHAHA, it's great.
All throughout the afternoon, I've been working on some of my media blogposts for this week and totally have not been procrastinating on my chemistry homework...whaaattt who said that????????? why would you say that cmon bro, BUT ITS OKAY! Cuz that means I'll have work to do in study hall tomorrow :D! And I need something to do in study hall because funnest of facts, I actually dislike putting my head down at school because I just feel so exhausted afterwards, so I only do it rarely, veryyy rarelyyyyy.
SO! For these day in the life blogs, I've decided to call them "A DAY IN THE SCATTERBRAIN!" This on going series will just be documentations of life and stuff, serving as an outlet to express myself better about my life because I sometimes have a hard time doing that BAHAHHA (no seriously though, I barely reflect on my day's especially when I need to and that's a little not so cool for me, because before a new day I would like to start ANEW! With no thoughts from the past day infiltrating my wonderful scatterbrain! YAY!)
SO WELCOME!
A DAY IN THE SCATTERBRAIN EP 1: PROBABLY THE MOST LAID BACK A DAY EVER
This was one of the few chill A day's that I have had all year!! If you know me well, you probably also know that I'm not a very big fan of my A days, and that is because for most of the time they are BOORRRRINGGGGGG!! with the only nice parts being lunch and maybeee band, but that's only on good days. See, band class this year is a bit more tedious than it was last year because now I'm in wind ensemble, which is the top band while last year I was in symphonic band, which is like the intermediate band. Being in wind ensemble this year surely made me improve a lot, but of course it came with its challenges! Music is harder and especially the rhythms! But as for now, I'm doing just fine in the tunes we are working on at the moment for concert MPA! :D
Band however today was hella! Our director wasn't here today because he was out judging bands for MPA, so that meant we had a substitute that worked with the brass section while us woodwinds went upstairs to the practice room to practice and stuff! I was in the room with my fellow saxophone buddies and most of the time, they were listening to jazz n stuff :D
There was this crazy ass song that came up during this listening session that really stood out to all of us, and it was called Om by John Coltrane, famous super awesome sax guy. Guys I'm genuinely not kidding when I say this song literally felt like an acid trip. Here check it out for yourself because BAHAHAHHA I genuinely cannot explain it with words on here.
