A DAY IN THE SCATTERBRAIN EP 1: PROBABLY THE MOST LAID BACK A DAY EVER

GOOD DAY ALL! :D Welcome back to the life chronicles! It is currently 9 pm and I'm playing Royal High with my best friend for gits and shiggles BHHAHAHA, it's great.

current mood

All throughout the afternoon, I've been working on some of my media blogposts for this week and totally have not been procrastinating on my chemistry homework...whaaattt who said that????????? why would you say that cmon bro, BUT ITS OKAY! Cuz that means I'll have work to do in study hall tomorrow :D! And I need something to do in study hall because funnest of facts, I actually dislike putting my head down at school because I just feel so exhausted afterwards, so I only do it rarely, veryyy rarelyyyyy.

Also look its me with Renn's spray bottle from filming day one (media reference)!

SO! For these day in the life blogs, I've decided to call them "A DAY IN THE SCATTERBRAIN!" This on going series will just be documentations of life and stuff, serving as an outlet to express myself better about my life because I sometimes have a hard time doing that BAHAHHA (no seriously though, I barely reflect on my day's especially when I need to and that's a little not so cool for me, because before a new day I would like to start ANEW! With no thoughts from the past day infiltrating my wonderful scatterbrain! YAY!)

SO WELCOME!

A DAY IN THE SCATTERBRAIN EP 1: PROBABLY THE MOST LAID BACK A DAY EVER

This was one of the few chill A day's that I have had all year!! If you know me well, you probably also know that I'm not a very big fan of my A days, and that is because for most of the time they are BOORRRRINGGGGGG!! with the only nice parts being lunch and maybeee band, but that's only on good days. See, band class this year is a bit more tedious than it was last year because now I'm in wind ensemble, which is the top band while last year I was in symphonic band, which is like the intermediate band. Being in wind ensemble this year surely made me improve a lot, but of course it came with its challenges! Music is harder and especially the rhythms! But as for now, I'm doing just fine in the tunes we are working on at the moment for concert MPA! :D

Band however today was hella! Our director wasn't here today because he was out judging bands for MPA, so that meant we had a substitute that worked with the brass section while us woodwinds went upstairs to the practice room to practice and stuff! I was in the room with my fellow saxophone buddies and most of the time, they were listening to jazz n stuff :D

There was this crazy ass song that came up during this listening session that really stood out to all of us, and it was called Om by John Coltrane, famous super awesome sax guy. Guys I'm genuinely not kidding when I say this song literally felt like an acid trip. Here check it out for yourself because BAHAHAHHA I genuinely cannot explain it with words on here.

I recommend you listen to this in a dark room with headphones on and your eyes closed...I haven't done it yet but I sure as hell will eventually.

And as for the classes I had before band, they were pretty chill too!!! Shocker for an A day!! In my fin lit we only did one Newsela instead of the typical 2 or 3 and really nothing else, so y'all already know what I did :DDD PULLED OUT THE MEDIA BLOG OH YEAH!!!! I worked on the extra prop and film day 2 post for most of the time and got some good work done >:D

Geometry then came by, and to be honest I was a tad bit nervous previously because my teacher has this little roulette system when calling names, and so students get randomly picked on when she asks questions, AND MAN THAT'S A NERVEWRACKER!! I'm sometimes scared to get called on in this class because 1: I'm afraid I'll won't know the answer and the teacher will think I'm a bum and 2: I'm afraid I'll give the wrong answer and the teacher will think I'm a bum. LOLZ!!! But luckily it turned out all okay today because I was called on about 3 times and answered correctly on 2!! Not so bad :D Good job Emi!!!

I then walked up the stairs of the 800's for the second out of third time to go to my lang class only to find out...WE HAD A SUB!!! YIPPEE!!! That meant we could catch a very much needed little break from the typical work from that class. We still got assigned a worksheet, but it was all okay because it's not due the next A day and yeah :D that meant everything was very baller :D

Then band happened, and the bell rang, and I went to my typical dismissal area, the bus loop, to check the board and see if my bus was there yet. AND GUESS WHAT I SAW!!

4005 coming back for 5031 (my bus)

HELP.

That meant that a bus from loop 1 is going to come back to the school once again to pick up us poor 5031 kids (sadface). And so I sat down on the floor and waited....and waited....and waited...AND WAITED...until I low key had enough and called my mom to tell her my bus was crazy late and request a pick up. As I did, the bus then decided to finally arrive BAHAHAHAHHA but better late than never guys so it's chill. But man my butt hurt real bad after sitting on the floor for that long bro.

I then got to my neighborhood successfully and in one piece, and drove myself home with my mom's car and I did pretty awesome! We love driving safety guys!! :DD

Now I'm here, almost 10:20, and I really need to go to bed soon. But to be honest it was all worth it because I genuinely feel a lot lighter after telling you guys about some of my day :D Thank you nameless void for listening, I love u very much :DD Goodnight now everyone, make sure to drink water and go to sleep at a reasonable time as well. CYA!!
